Senior IT Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior IT Manager will oversee the organization’s information technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations in Riyadh. This role is crucial in ensuring that IT systems and services effectively support the organization’s goals and deliver innovative solutions to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives while enhancing operational efficiency.
Lead a team of IT professionals by providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage the IT budget, forecasting expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies that will optimize the company’s operations and improve customer service.
Ensure the security of IT systems through effective risk management and compliance with applicable regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions that support their functions.
Regularly assess IT infrastructure and systems performance, implementing improvements where necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (7+ years) in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure and operations.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively analyze complex IT issues.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) that demonstrate continued professional development.
Experience managing IT projects within a diverse organizational environment, preferably in the Middle East.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration into existing business operations.
Experience with vendor management and negotiation to optimize service delivery.
