Key Responsibility Areas including preferred Skills and Experience

·        AR accountabilities – Collection & Cash allocation, query management, research on unallocated cash, preparation of bank reconciliations

·        Responsible for Broker Relationship Management along with dealing with underwriters, brokers, customers and answering any query they might have related to payments, commission, or debt.

·        Requires strong expertise in drafting Standard Operating Procedures and conducting process training sessions

·        Should be able to work on strict deadlines to manage client expectations.

·        Performing RCA and managing escalation
