Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS, Snowflake, Python, SQL, and Jenkins , along with hands-on experience in building robust ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services.
• Develop and optimize data warehouses and data marts in Snowflake.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Optimize SQL queries and improve Snowflake performance.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data quality, security, governance, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver enterprise-scale data solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EC2, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Expertise in Snowflake .
• Strong programming skills in Python .
• Advanced proficiency in SQL .
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Experience in designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud architectures.
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Airflow, Spark, or PySpark.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• AWS and Snowflake certifications are a plus.
