Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale warehouse & logistics park development for Prologis at Mindewadi . The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, contractor management, safety, quality, budgeting, statutory compliance, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution from mobilization to handover.
• Manage construction activities for warehouses, infrastructure, utilities, roads, drainage, and external development works.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, cost control, billing, and cash flow.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct weekly/monthly review meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage procurement planning and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory approvals and environmental norms.
• Handle risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
• Prepare MIS reports and progress updates for management and client.
