Position: Head – Finance & Accounts
Location: Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Head – Finance & Accounts to lead the complete finance and accounting function of a large organization. The role will be part of the management team and will report directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall Finance & Accounts operations including AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, Financial & Management Accounting .
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, treasury operations and investments.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and monthly management reporting .
• Monitor financial performance, budget utilization, KPIs, cost control and revenue enhancement.
• Develop and implement finance policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Oversee statutory, internal and government audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee costing, pricing, tender analysis, margin analysis and commercial decision-making.
• Drive cost optimization, revenue improvement and financial efficiency.
• Manage financial risk and strengthen the organization's control framework.
• Lead, mentor and develop a finance team of approximately 5–6 members .

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting .
• CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 20+ years of post-qualification experience , with at least 5 years in a Finance Head / Finance Director / CFO / similar leadership role .
• Mandatory experience in Airport / Aviation Finance or Airport Operations.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, financial reporting and controls.
• Strong exposure to government/statutory and internal audits .
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is mandatory.
• Strong MS Office and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Candidates with UAE/GCC experience will be preferred.
