We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – Gold Loans to lead and manage the regional sales team and drive gold loan business growth. The role involves team leadership, target achievement, operational coordination, and ensuring productivity across all assigned locations.

👥 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Team Management

• Handle Sales Managers (SM), Gold Loan Officers (GLO), and Gold Loan Relationship Managers (GL RM) across the region.

• Ensure productivity and performance of the entire team.

• Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions.

• Monitor target achievement and drive corrective action plans.

🔹 Business Growth & Target Achievement

• Achieve regional gold loan targets.

• Ensure maximum business generation across all branches.

• Coordinate with Branch Banking and CBE teams to drive business.

🔹 Operations & Coordination

• Maintain smooth functioning of gold loan operations.

• Arrange and manage gold valuers if required.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaison with Branch Managers, CBE teams, and other departments.

• Train branch teams to increase gold loan sourcing.

• Ensure operational compliance and smooth execution.
