Role Overview

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to design, build, and optimize Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will develop scalable GenAI applications, manage production pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain GenAI/LLM production pipelines.
• Develop LLM-based applications using LangChain and prompt engineering.
• Design and implement RAG solutions using vector databases like Pinecone .
• Build document ingestion and extraction workflows using AWS Textract and GenAI techniques.
• Debug production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and LLM technologies.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI .
• Strong proficiency in Python .
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, and RAG .
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone .
• Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn .
• Experience with AWS Textract and unstructured document processing.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
