Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance and ensure efficient and safe operation of all HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, including ACs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related HVAC issues .
• Carry out installation, servicing, repair, and replacement of HVAC components.
• Monitor system performance, temperature, pressure, refrigerant levels, and equipment efficiency.
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, compressor, motor, thermostat, and control-system troubleshooting .
• Maintain daily maintenance logs, checklists, equipment records, and breakdown reports.
• Respond promptly to HVAC breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintenance standards, and site requirements .
• Coordinate with facility, electrical, and other engineering teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and HVAC equipment in good working condition.
• Support energy-efficiency initiatives and recommend improvements to HVAC systems.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering .
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Knowledge of AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF/VRV, Package AC, Split AC, Cooling Towers, and ventilation systems .
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical controls and HVAC automation/BMS.
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
