Lead Contract & Claims Manager

Job position: Contracts & Claims Manager
Location: Dubai

Lead the post-award contracts and claims function for major infrastructure/EPC projects across the GCC. Responsible for FIDIC contract administration, claims management, EOT, delay and quantum analysis, variations, dispute resolution, and commercial risk management.

Note: We are specifically seeking candidates with post-award contracts and claims experience . Candidates should have hands-on experience in project execution, including contract administration, EOT claims, variations, contractual correspondence, and dispute resolution. Profiles with only pre-award, tendering, bidding, estimation, or procurement experience will not be considered.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience, including 12+ years in post-award Contracts & Claims Management .
• 10+ years GCC experience (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in FIDIC, Claims, EOT, Delay Analysis, Quantum, Variations, Arbitration, and Adjudication .
• Experience on major Rail, Highways, Transportation, or Infrastructure EPC projects .
• MRICS or relevant Claims/Contracts certifications are an advantage.

Preferred Certifications

• MRICS or certifications in Contract Administration, Claims Management, or Arbitration are an advantage.
