Workforce Analyst(WFM)
Job Summary:
As a Workforce Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our
operational efficiency through in-depth data analysis and reporting.
Responsible for monitoring workforce performance and providing actionable
insights, you will be integral to enhancing productivity and achieving
business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines while managing multiple
tasks with a keen attention to detail.

Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, providing critical
recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, giving and
receiving constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

Utilize strong arithmetic and analytical skills to solve complex problems
and inform decision-making processes.

Prepare customized reports and presentations that clearly communicate
findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) systems and
technologies, leveraging them for data accuracy and reporting.

Conduct regular reviews of operational metrics to ensure alignment with
strategic business goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Workforce Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Exceptional verbal, written, and comprehension skills, with the ability to
communicate complex information clearly.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data scrubbing, dissection,
and report generation.

Knowledge of Workforce Management systems such as eWFM, Verint/BluePumpkin,
IEX, and CMS.

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive
approach to overcoming challenges.

Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to engage
effectively with peers and business partners.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with statistical analysis software or programming languages such
as R or Python.

Advanced certification in Workforce Management or related fields.

Experience in the customer service or operations industries.
