Job Description – Finance Business Analyst

Job Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Analyst who can handle financial reports, data analysis, and MIS reporting. The candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and finance reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze P&L reports and compare KPI vs Actual performance.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for management.
• Handle debtor ageing, creditor ageing, and stock ageing analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Maintain financial data and ensure report accuracy.
• Coordinate with different departments for reporting requirements.
• Help in automating reports using Excel and Power BI.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of Tally, BUSY, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
• Understanding of financial reports and data analysis.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
