📢 We’re Hiring – Finance & Accounting Professionals
We are hiring experienced professionals across Record-to-Report (R2R) for Noida location.

📍 Location: Noida , Bangalore
🕒 Shift: US Shifts
💼 Experience: 4–15 years

💰 We offer a special Referral Bonus: ₹3500 (payable after candidate joins and completes 90 days replacement period ). Two successful refers you ear 10,000 rupees and on successful hires you get 25000/ rupees

🔹 Open Roles & Responsibilities

Record-to-Report (R2R / GL Accounting)

RTR Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of Record-to-Report processes
Performing Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Close
Preparing and posting Journal Entries
Conducting Balance Sheet & Account Reconciliations
Managing Intercompany Accounting, Eliminations & Reconciliations
Supporting Audit (Internal & External) and SOX controls
Preparing Financial Statements, Variance Analysis, and Reporting
Ensuring compliance with US GAAP / IFRS
Working closely with onshore stakeholders and business teams

🔹 Key Skills Required:

Strong expertise in General Accounting
Hands-on experience with SAP
Excellent accounting concepts and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
