Role- Relationship Manager (RM) - Micro Mortgage (HL & LAP) 

Sourcing - Direct Sourcing 

Focuses on acquiring affordable housing loans and loan against property through field work, local market mapping, and managing customer portfolios.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing: Acquire Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) strictly through open market and direct field-level sourcing.

• Micro/Affordable Segment: Target smaller ticket sizes customers in the micro-mortgage space.

• Field Visits & Appraisals: Conduct personal visits to the customer's home and business locations to evaluate creditworthiness, gather local market feedback, and perform preliminary checks.

• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly targets for new loan acquisitions, file logins, and final loan disbursements.  

• Team & Operations Coordination: Work closely with internal credit, risk, and operations teams for file processing, compliance, and smooth turnaround time (TAT).

• Portfolio Health: Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and maintain a healthy, low-NPA (Non-Performing Asset) portfolio.
