About the Role
Happiest Minds is looking for an experienced
Java Developer
to join its engineering team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have
strong hands-on experience in
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Docker, Apache Kafka, and AWS Lambda
.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining
scalable, high-performance applications and cloud-native microservices while
working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using
Java and Spring Boot
.

Develop and integrate
RESTful APIs and Microservices
.

Build cloud-native applications and services using
AWS
.

Develop event-driven solutions using
Apache Kafka
.

Design and implement serverless applications using
AWS Lambda
.

Containerize applications using
Docker
and follow modern deployment practices.

Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and high-quality code.

Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance
optimization.

Work on application integration with databases, APIs, messaging systems, and
cloud services.

Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders
to deliver business solutions.

Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and continuous
improvement initiatives.
