📢 We’re Hiring – Finance & Accounting Professionals
We are hiring experienced professionals across Accounts Payable (AP), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) for Noida Or Bangalore location.

📍 Location: Noida , Bangalore
🕒 Shift: US Shifts
💼 Experience: 4–15 years

💰 We offer a special Referral Bonus: ₹3500 (payable after candidate joins and completes 90 days replacement period ). Two successful refers you ear 10,000 rupees and on successful hires you get 25000/ rupees

The refrral bonus is payable in case of candidate is a Fresh Resume for us , it should not be in our database and should not have been processed earlier or currently by us thru some other sources

Accounts Payable (AP – Payments & Reconciliation)
* Vendor payment processing (NEFT / RTGS / ACH / Wire)
* Bank & vendor reconciliations
* Payment runs, exception handling & month-end close
* ERP exposure: SAP / Oracle / Workday / Coupa

Order-to-Cash (O2C / Accounts Receivable)
* Billing and invoicing
* Cash application and bank reconciliation
* AR aging, collections & dispute management
* Revenue recognition support & credit management

Record-to-Report (R2R / GL Accounting)
* Month-end and year-end close
* Journal entries, accruals & provisions
* Balance sheet reconciliations & variance analysis
* Financial reporting, audit support & intercompany accounting

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

✔ Strong experience in AP / O2C / R2R / GL Accounting
✔ ERP exposure: SAP / Oracle / Workday
✔ Good Excel & stakeholder communication skills
🎓 Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA-Inter)
