Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust web applications that drive our business forward. Your expertise in backend and frontend technologies will help us create seamless user experiences and ensure the stability and scalability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Implement and manage AWS solutions to ensure deployment and performance optimization of applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features based on client requests and business needs.
Develop and integrate frontend components using Angular to create a responsive and user-friendly interface.
Utilize Kafka to design and maintain robust messaging systems within the application architecture.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance.
Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

3-6 years of proven experience in full stack development with a strong emphasis on Java backend technologies.
Solid understanding of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, including experience with microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS services for cloud-based application hosting and management.
Proficiency in Angular for building dynamic, responsive web applications.
Experience with message brokers such as Kafka for building event-driven architectures.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to translate technical concepts into layman’s terms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment.
Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or JavaScript frameworks.
Background in Agile development methodologies and project management.
