Supply Chain Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Supply Chain & Inventory Controller)

• To make sure inventory in all store is as per safety stocks set for them.
• Performing timely inventory audit for all stores and make sure they are 100% compliant in inventory audit.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain team on high DOH inventory at store and create plan with Category Manager to liquidate the high inventory stock from store.
• Initiate internal stock transfer between stores to reduce the inventory value at store.
• Work closely with Operations Manager of stores on wastage and derive plan to reduce the wastage below the budget.
• Create data on store wise shrinkage and work with Operations Manager to do RCA of shrinkage and create actionable on shrinkage.
• Create reports on inventory of promotional SKUs and highlight the data to Supply Chain team if reorder need to be done.

RELEVANT COMPETENCIES

• Inventory management in Retail or FMCG Industry.
• Knowledge on conducting inventory audit at store.
• Experience in maintaining the inventory value as per the business requirement at store.

QUALIFICATION

• MBA or PGBM in Marketing or Supply Chain & Operations Preferred.
