About the role
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior MEP professional to lead the
design, planning, coordination and execution of MEP systems
for
large-scale infrastructure/transportation
projects in India and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP design for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
- Review designs, drawings, calculations, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, IEC, NEC and project standards.
- Coordinate MEP designs with architectural, structural and other teams.
- Manage and mentor MEP engineers/designers.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and contractors.
- Review shop drawings, vendor submissions and technical proposals.
- Handle tendering, technical evaluations and design approvals.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure timely, quality design delivery.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of MEP design experience with 5+ years in a senior/lead role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting .
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, DIALux/BIM .
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure/transportation projects (Mandatory).
- Strong team management, client coordination and problem-solving skills.
