Position Overview
We are looking for experienced
Planning & Scheduling professionals
to support major
RTA road and transportation projects in Dubai
.

Scheduling Engineer:
7–12 years of relevant experience

Scheduling Manager:
13–20 years of relevant experience
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
planning, scheduling, project controls, and progress monitoring
for large-scale road, highway, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
RTA project experience in Dubai is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6
.
-
Prepare baseline, master, detailed execution, and recovery schedules.
-
Monitor planned vs. actual progress and identify delays, slippages, and
schedule risks.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
-
Conduct
critical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule impact assessments
.
-
Prepare and monitor S-curves, progress measurement, manpower histograms,
and resource plans.
-
Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction,
procurement, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

Review contractor/subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the
approved project baseline.

Identify potential delays and support the development of mitigation and
recovery plans.

Track key project milestones, deliverables, construction activities,
procurement, testing, and commissioning.

Participate in project progress and schedule review meetings.

Provide planning inputs for
claims, variations, Extension of Time (EOT), and schedule impact
analysis
.

Maintain proper records of schedule updates, changes, delays, and project
progress.
-
For senior/managerial roles, lead the planning and scheduling team and
provide strategic planning support to the Project Director/Project
Manager.

Ensure project schedules comply with
RTA requirements, project specifications, and contractual obligations
.
Required Experience
-
7–12 years:
Scheduling/Planning Engineer level.
-
13–20 years:
Scheduling/Planning Manager level.
-
Strong experience in
road, highway, transportation, or major infrastructure projects
.
-
RTA project experience in Dubai is highly preferred.
-
Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects involving roads,
interchanges, bridges, tunnels, utilities, or transportation systems will
be an advantage.
Educational Qualification
-
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
.

Relevant professional certifications in Planning/Project Controls will be
an advantage.
