Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Accounts Payable (AP) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoice and vendor management, reconciliation and issue resolution. You will be responsible for handling process exceptions, ensuring compliance, managing disputes, and supporting junior team members.

This role demands strong technical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under strict deadlines while managing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex and varied exceptions within AP processes including invoice processing and vendor management.
• Review and perform Quality Control (QC) of tasks completed by associates.
• Handle issue resolution and manage escalations effectively.
• Track aged items, follow up with business teams, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Prepare and resolve account reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ensure full compliance with procurement and financial policies and controls.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and control.
• Meet deadlines consistently while managing stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, particularly in:
  • Invoice processing
  • Vendor Management
  • Reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Prior experience with issue resolution and escalation management.
• Deep understanding of AP processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in training peers and acting as a mentor or SME is preferred.
