EDI and NetSuite Integrations Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking an
EDI and NetSuite Integrations Specialist
to join our
Business Applications
team. In this role, you will develop and deliver integrations between
NetSuite ERP and third-party platforms that drive sales and revenue for
Therabody. You will design, execute, and document business requirements,
test cases, and provide support to internal users, ensuring integrated
systems meet functional, performance, and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Setup and configuration of EDI connections, including mapping and testing
standard EDI documents (such as 850, 856, 997).

Manage new partner onboardings with SPS Commerce, CommerceHub (Rithum) and
Celigo.

Coordinate and perform integration testing with trading partners and 3PLs,
including UCC128 Label requirements.

Maintain compliance with EDI standards and best practices.

Assist in creating manual EDI documents in Rithum/SPS Commerce Fulfilment
platform.

Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP and 3PL
system integrations based on business requirements and technical
specifications.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to
understand integration workflows and data exchange protocols (e.g., EDI,
API, XML).

Perform functional and end-to-end testing of integrated systems to
validate data accuracy, process flows, and system interoperability.

Identify, document, and track defects.

Work with development teams to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and ensure
resolution.

Provide detailed defect reports with steps to reproduce and expected vs.
actual outcomes.

Generate status reports on test coverage and integration quality for
stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience

5+ years of experience in a NetSuite admin or integrations management
role, ideally within a consumer-focused or technology-driven organization.

Experience with EDI mapping tools and software, EDI X12 800/900 documents,
and EDIFACT corresponding transactions.

Proficiency with retailer compliance requirements and chargeback policies.

Proficiency troubleshooting EDI-related errors and integration failures.

Experience working with business partners to optimize Supply Chain and
Order to Cash processes.

Experience supporting inbound and outbound integrations with warehouse
management systems (WMS).

Success working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving
priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a
related quantitative field preferred.
