Policy Query Management

Position 

Role Description 

·       Understanding of end-to-end policy life cycle & MRC / Slips 

·       Understanding of Bureau market policy documents and updating data to client systems, interpret necessary information for completing assigned tasks 

·       Premium calculation based on available data 

·       Manage teams and ensure service level targets are met 

·       Preferred knowledge of XIS Signings, LPANs & XIS submission 

·       Proficient to read and understand invoices, PRFs and portfolio transfers 

·       Monitor transactions on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements. 

·       Risk Identification and mitigation skills 

·       Drive best practice/ idea sharing 

·       Analytical skills and time management 

·       Proficient in working with Quality team and provide RCA on escalations 

·       Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance 

·       Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame 

·       Client interaction and dashboard presentation 

·       Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations, and information security standards. 

·       Effectively manage queue and balancing of work loads 

Qualifications and Experience 

·       

·       Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience for Assistant Manager and 6 years for LAM 

·       Candidates should have at least one year of supervisory experience for Assistant Manager 

·       Preferred LM1 certified 

Key Minimum Skills 

·       Preferred knowledge of Lloyds of London Market & Xchanging 

·       End to end understanding of Bordereaux management 

·       Excellent data comprehension skills to read and carefully interpret business requirements 

·       Good business communication and writing skills 

·       Coaching and feedback ability 

·       Strong written and verbal communication 

·       Strong sense of urgency 

Technical Skills 

·       Good computer navigation skills 

·       Good keyboarding speed 

·       Good knowledge of complete Ms Office suite
