About the role
Role : Business Data Analyst
- Experience: 3.6+ years
- Locations: Pune, Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore
Key Role and Responsibilities:
o Act as liaison between the technical and business teams.
o Should be able to connect with Client SME & understand Functionality, Data
o Should be able to do Data Profiling - Understand the quality of Data and critical
Data elements- How to standardize Reference, and master data across systems
o Work Data mapping, Data lineage docs, data models, and design docs that
allow stakeholders to understand data mappings & transformations
Must Have:
o 3.6 + years of work experience in large-scale Data applications doing Data
Analysis, Data Mapping, and Data Transformations.
o Experience in Snowflake, Any relational DB.
o Very good Verbal & Written communication & tracking skills.
o SQL (Basic to Advanced), business requirement gatherings, Source-to-target mappings (STTM) writing.
o Should have exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and
standardization from a different system.
o Experience with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C) Domain
clients.
Mandatory Skills: Property & Casualty Insurance domain, SQL, STTM, Data Mapping, BRD, FRD
