Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in DBT, Python, Snowflake, and SAS to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data transformation workflows using DBT to optimize data processing and analytics pipelines.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automating data-driven processes, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions that support business objectives.
• Leverage Snowflake for data warehousing, performing complex queries and data extraction to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Employ SAS to conduct advanced statistical analysis, generating key metrics and visualizations for data interpretation.
• Maintain data quality and integrity by implementing validations and monitoring processes to ensure accurate reporting.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders effectively, providing recommendations for data-driven strategies.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in DBT, Python, Snowflake, and SAS with a strong understanding of data engineering concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation, with a strong focus on performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively share complex data insights with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools beyond Snowflake.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Certifications in relevant data analysis or data engineering tools will be an advantage.
