About the role
Head of Quality – Residential & Commercial Buildings
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 20+ Years
We are looking for a Head of Quality to lead QA/QC across large-scale residential and commercial building projects .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC teams across multiple building projects.
- Implement Quality Management Systems, Quality Plans, ITPs and QA/QC procedures.
- Ensure quality of RCC, structural, architectural, finishing, waterproofing and façade works .
- Monitor NCRs, defects, rework, snagging and CAPA.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project teams and senior management.
- Drive quality improvement and standardisation across projects.
Requirements
- Engineering degree.
- 20+ years in construction quality, preferably with reputed developers/contractors.
- Strong experience in high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use projects .
- Proven experience leading QA/QC teams at corporate/regional/project level .
- Strong knowledge of building construction quality, audits, NCR/CAPA and finishing works.
