We are looking for a highly experienced finance professional with strong expertise in US GAAP accounting and financial reporting . The role involves handling end-to-end accounting, consolidation, and reporting activities for US entities while working closely with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage month-end close activities , including:

  • Accruals

  • Fixed assets accounting

  • Provisions

  • Reclassification journal entries

• Prepare and review top-side adjustment entries during the close process

• Handle consolidation activities and intercompany eliminations

• Perform P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations with detailed commentary

• Conduct Trend Analysis, Variance Analysis, and Flux Analysis and provide insights to management

• Work on lease accounting (ASC 842) and have a strong understanding of pension plans 

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

• Support preparation of SEC filings , including 10-Q, 10-K, and related disclosures 

• Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Statements 

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements

• Collaborate with onshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders during US business hours

Must-Have Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong understanding of US GAAP 

• Hands-on experience in month-end close and consolidation 

• Expertise in financial statement preparation and SEC reporting 

• In-depth knowledge of lease accounting and pension accounting 

• Advanced skills in financial analysis (variance, trend, flux analysis)

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction in a US shift environment

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
