Job Purpose

We are hiring a Business Product Manager to own end-to-end conversion across the Salaried Personal Loan funnel. The role will collaborate closely with Policy, Process, Tech Product, Compliance, Legal, and Call Centre teams to identify bottlenecks and systematically improve login-to-disbursal conversion, TAT, and customer experience.

This is a cross-functional ownership role focused on funnel performance, business growth, and portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own login-to-disbursal conversion and funnel performance
• Identify drop-offs and drive corrective actions across stages
• Partner with Credit/Risk to optimize approval rates
• Improve operational processes and reduce TAT
• Align with Call Centre to enhance assisted conversion
• Translate business gaps into structured requirements
• Ensure compliance and legal alignment in journeys
• Partner with performance marketing to improve conversion

Qualification & Experience

5-8 years in retail unsecured lending (Personal Loan preferred)

Exposure to open-market salaried personal loan growth

Experience in improving funnel conversion or scaling monthly disbursal
