Position: Assistant Service Engineer – Warranty Services
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification:
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics &
Communication Engineering (ECE), or Mechanical Engineering
. Diploma in EEE is preferred.
Industry Preference:
Candidates with experience in the
Battery, UPS, Power Backup, Energy Storage, or Electrical Equipment industry
will be preferred.
Job Summary
We are looking for an
Assistant Service Engineer – Warranty Services
who will be responsible for providing technical and field service support to
customers, handling warranty-related activities, resolving customer
complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
battery products, field service, warranty claims, customer complaint
resolution, and dealer/channel partner support
.
Key Responsibilities

Handle
field service and technical support
for battery products.

Visit customers and key accounts to understand and resolve technical issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot
battery-related technical problems
.

Handle
customer complaints
and ensure timely resolution.

Manage and evaluate
warranty claims
as per company policies.

Support
warranty adjudication and warranty claim tracking
.
-
Coordinate with internal teams for warranty approvals and technical
resolutions.

Maintain proper records of
service visits, warranty cases, complaints, and resolutions
.

Provide technical support and guidance to
dealers, distributors, and channel partners
.

Conduct
product and technical training
for customers and channel partners when required.

Identify recurring product/service issues and communicate findings to the
relevant technical teams.

Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and warranty cases.
-
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
-
Follow all required
safety procedures and service standards
during field visits.

Achieve assigned service, warranty, and customer satisfaction targets.

Prepare regular service and warranty reports for management.
Required Skills

battery products and battery functionality
