Job Purpose
The role is responsible for overall branch performance , including business growth, team management, customer experience, and compliance . The incumbent will drive both liability and asset growth , ensure operational excellence, and build a strong local market presence.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end branch operations ensuring adherence to bank policies & RBI guidelines

Drive business acquisition across CASA, term deposits, loans, third-party products

Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales & service team

Ensure high-quality customer service and relationship management

Monitor branch performance against targets and drive corrective actions

Ensure compliance, audit, and risk controls at the branch level

Build local market connect through referrals, corporate tie-ups & community outreach
Eligibility Criteria
-
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Experience:
-
Branch Manager: 6–10 years in Branch Banking with team handling

Deputy Branch Manager: 4–7 years in Branch Banking

Strong exposure to CASA acquisition, branch operations & sales management

Proven leadership and customer-handling skills

Experience with Private Sector Banks

Candidates currently working as BM / DBM / ABM / Service Head / Sales Head (Branch)
