Associate Manager - Savings Account
Job Summary:
Join IDFC First Bank as an Associate Manager for our Dewas location, where
you'll play a pivotal role in driving our savings account growth and enhancing
customer satisfaction. This position focuses on building strong relationships
with clients, fostering trust, and delivering exceptional banking services to
meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the operations of the savings account segment, ensuring
compliance and operational efficiency.

retention for savings accounts.

Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction processing, and
providing timely solutions to their banking needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

focus on savings accounts or retail banking.
