Job Responsibilities:

✅ Acquire New-to-Bank High Value Current Accounts.

✅ Source Current Account customers through open market activities.

✅ Generate CASA business from SME and business banking clients.

✅ Meet business owners, traders, professionals, and corporate customers.

✅ Cross-sell POS, CMS, Business Loans, Trade Forex, Insurance, and other banking products.

✅ Achieve acquisition and revenue targets assigned by the bank.

✅ Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.

✅ Ensure activation and funding of acquired accounts.

Preferred Candidate:

✔ Experience in CASA Acquisition / Current Account Sales.

✔ SME or Business Banking exposure preferred.

✔ Strong field sales and acquisition skills.

✔ Target-oriented banking sales background.
