Quantity Surveyor

Manage quantity surveying and commercial management for office fit-out/interior projects.
Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender documents .
Analyse contractor quotations and prepare commercial comparisons .
Verify RA bills, measurements, invoices and payment certificates .
Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
Evaluate variations, claims, extra items and rate analysis .
Prepare cost reports, forecasts and commercial MIS.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors and client representatives.
Support final account settlement and project close-out .
