Job Summary:
The Branch Manager (CASA) is pivotal in driving the overall success of the
branch by leading a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer service and
achieve business goals. This role focuses on expanding the customer base,
enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency within
the branch.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to provide exceptional
customer service and achieve monthly sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic branch initiatives to drive the acquisition
of Current and Savings Account (CASA) customers.

Monitor branch performance metrics and analyze results to identify

Requirements:
