  • Technical Discussion
  • Candidates who clear the HackerRank assessment will proceed to a technical interview to evaluate their technical skills and experience.
     
  • Managerial Discussions
  • This will be followed by two managerial discussion rounds, focusing on role fit, experience and overall alignment with the team.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Lead and Principal Software Developers with strong expertise in .NET, Angular and Azure to design, develop and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The role involves technical leadership, architecture design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular

• Architect and implement cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure

• Lead code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards

• Drive system design, performance optimization, and security enhancements

• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

• (For Principal Level) Define technical strategy, lead architecture decisions and drive enterprise-wide initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET (Core/Framework), Angular 

• Expertise in Azure services (App Services, Functions, DevOps, CI/CD, Storage, etc.) 

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture

• Experience with SQL Server and database design

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
