Channel Mix	60% Builder Channel, 40% DSA Channel

Area	Responsibilities
Business Development	Drive Home Loan business across Delhi NCR and achieve monthly business of ₹30–35 Crores.
Team Management	Lead, coach and manage Area Managers and on-roll sales team.
Channel Management	Develop Builder and DSA channels while maintaining 60:40 sourcing mix.
Relationship Management	Build strong relationships with builders and DSAs.
Performance Management	Monitor branch productivity and sales performance.
People Development	Recruit, mentor and motivate team members.
Market Intelligence	Track competition and identify growth opportunities.
Compliance	Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
