Role Overview

We are seeking a Procurement/Purchase professional with strong experience in the Packaging category. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing packaging procurement for Consumer Durables OEMs and be responsible for sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Packaging materials.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are achieved.
• Lead supplier negotiations, RFQs, cost reduction, and value engineering initiatives.
• Conduct supplier evaluation, selection, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain teams for procurement planning and execution.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply and timely availability of packaging materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchase with a strong focus on Packaging.
• Mandatory experience in Consumer Durables OEMs only.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, sourcing strategies, vendor management, and cost analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Candidates available to join within 0–30 days will be preferred.
