Reporting To

Cluster Sales Manager – Loan Against Gold Ornaments

§   Acquisition of LAGO customer for all branches in the designated customer through cross-sell to existing branch customer as well as open market sourcing

Sales

·        Achieving sales targets for assigned branches .

·        Ensure minimum productivity for assigned branches.

·        Undertake various BTL campaigns to create LAGO awareness in and around branches.

·        Ensure in branch visibility for LAGO product using standard marketing collaterals.

Support

·        Conduct regular branch level training product/process related to LAGO.

·        Undertake BTL campaigns for customer awareness and drive lead generation.

·        Co-ordination with support functions to ensure upkeep of required infra for LAGO operations.

·        Handhold branch for conducting physical Auction.

·        Follow up with branch / customer for delinquent customer.

Qualifications

Essential

·        Graduate

•          1 to 4 years of experience

•          Existing employees from Pvt Banks/NBFC will be preferred.

•         Prior experience of working on a sales role in Retail Loans preferably in Gold Loans

•         Well versed with local geographical market, property market & small businesses in and around the territory.

•         Adequate written & verbal communication and well verse with local language to engage with customer.
