Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage branch operations, drive sales and profitability, and develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and key accounts . The role will be responsible for achieving business targets while ensuring smooth branch operations and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales, revenue, profitability, and business growth as per targets.
• Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, fabricators, and key accounts .
• Lead, coach, and monitor the sales and branch operations team to achieve targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Ensure effective order management, collections, inventory availability, and customer service .
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, finance, and other internal teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare branch-level MIS, sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans .
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and commercial guidelines.
