Job Title: General Manager – Human Resources (HR GM)

Job Purpose:
The HR General Manager will head and manage all Human Resources, Talent
Acquisition, HR Operations, Administration, AGM, and DGM functions at the
head office. He will ensure that all teams and departments perform
efficiently, adhere to organizational standards, and meet operational and
strategic objectives. He will monitor and validate daily operations across
all departments, ensuring tasks are completed on time and processes are
followed correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Hierarchy Management:

He will head and manage DGM, AGM, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and
Administration teams.

He will ensure that all reporting lines are clear, responsibilities are
assigned, and teams are accountable for their tasks.

He will provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to all HR and
administrative teams.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
-
He will oversee all recruitment functions for the organization, ensuring
high-quality hires across departments (Sales, Purchase, Logistics,
Accounts, Finance, Secretary, HR, Admin, and Plant Operations if
applicable at head office).

He will monitor recruitment targets, onboarding processes, and induction
programs.

He will ensure compliance with hiring standards and company policies.
3. HR Operations Management:

He will head all HR operations including employee engagement, performance
management, training and development, payroll, compliance, and HR policy
implementation.

He will ensure HR processes are smooth, timely, and error-free.

He will monitor and validate the work of HR operations and ensure teams
deliver their responsibilities effectively.
4. Administration Management:

He will manage all administrative functions including office
infrastructure, security, pantry, seating arrangements, floor-wise office
operations, facility management, and vendor coordination.

He will ensure a safe, organized, and efficient office environment.

He will monitor attendance, employee movement, and floor-wise activities,
ensuring everything is functioning as expected.
5. Department Supervision & Reporting:

He will look after and ensure that it’s done daily work of all departments
and ensure all tasks and processes are completed correctly and on time.

He will review, consolidate, and present reports from DGM, AGM, HR
Operations, TA, and Administration to CMD.

He will implement corrective actions where required to maintain
operational excellence.
6. Performance & Compliance:

He will ensure that all teams meet operational and strategic KPIs.

He will enforce HR policies, SOPs, legal compliance, and organizational
standards across all head office departments.

He will maintain accountability and high standards of operational
efficiency.
7. Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional leadership and hands-on management skills.

Expertise in HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Administration.

Strong organizational, planning, and reporting capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple teams, hierarchical levels, and functions
simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Degree/graduation preferred.
-
Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in HR, Administration, or
Operations management, including senior leadership roles.

Proven experience heading multiple teams and functions in corporate head
office environments.

Fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.

Requires hands-on leadership, proactive oversight, multitasking, and
floor-wise operational monitoring.
Note:
Should be from manufacturing Corporate environment and heading only in
HO/headquarters. (Plants, industry, manufacturing unit handling not
required.)
