Job Purpose:
The DGM – HR & Admin will head the Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and
Administration functions across the organization. He will be responsible
for ensuring that all teams, including AGM, HR Operations, TA, and Admin,
perform efficiently and achieve daily operational and strategic targets.
He will ensure tasks are completed on time and standards of workplace
efficiency and excellence are maintained. Additionally, he will monitor
overall company operations, including attendance, employee movement, and
floor-wise activities, ensuring everything is functioning smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & HR Management:

He will head and manage the HR - AGM and TA teams to ensure recruitment
targets and quality hiring standards are consistently met.

He is responsible for monitoring HR operations daily, from employee
induction to policy compliance.

He will ensure accountability across teams and proper delegation of
tasks.
2. Administration & Office Management:
-
He will head and manage end-to-end office administration, including
infrastructure, security, pantry, seating arrangements, and overall
facility management.

He will ensure the office environment, resources, and facilities are
maintained optimally.

He will supervise administrative staff and vendors to ensure completion
of assigned tasks.

He will monitor daily attendance, employee movement, and all floor-wise
activities, ensuring smooth and orderly operations across the company.
3. Team Leadership & Reporting:

He will manage AGM, HR Operations, TA, and Admin teams, ensuring their
work aligns with organizational objectives.

He will follow up daily to ensure tasks are executed and completed on
time.

He is responsible for reviewing reports from all teams and presenting
them to CMD.
4. Performance & Compliance:
- He will ensure all teams meet operational and strategic KPIs.

He is responsible for implementing and enforcing HR policies, SOPs, and
compliance across departments.

He will maintain high standards of operational efficiency,
accountability, and excellence.
5. Skills & Competencies:
- Strong hands-on leadership and team management capabilities.

Expertise in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Administration operations.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and functions simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduated preferred

Minimum 14+ years of experience in HR, Administration, or Operations
management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven experience heading multiple teams and functions in corporate or
manufacturing environments.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.

Requires hands-on management, multitasking, proactive operational
oversight, and floor-wise monitoring of company activities.
Note: - Should be from manufacturing Corporate environment and heading
only in HO/headquarters. Plants, industry, manufacturing unit handling not
required.
