Structure Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• We need candidates in structure design who has experience in design of PSC girders, steel structures, and RCC structures, along with substructure works such as open foundations and pile foundations with experience  on segmental structure means pure segmental and cast -in -situ segmental structure also
• Carry out structural analysis and design as per IRC, IS Codes, MoRTH, and international standards where applicable.
• Develop design calculations, structural drawings, BOQs, and technical reports.
• Review consultant/vendor designs and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with highway, geotechnical, drainage, and QS teams for integrated project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and design teams.
• Participate in pre-bid engineering, value engineering, and design optimization.
• Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations.
• Ensure quality control and timely submission of deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 6–12 years of experience in highway and infrastructure structural design.
• Strong expertise in critical structure design and analysis.
• Experience in NHAI, MoRTH, Expressway projects preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in structural design software such as:
  • STAAD Pro
  • MIDAS Civil
• Strong knowledge of IRC & IS Codes.
• Experience in PSC bridges, steel structures, and complex foundation systems will be an added advantage.
