Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or Façade Engineering.
• 15+ years of total professional experience , with significant experience in façade/building-envelope projects.
• Strong experience with high-rise residential and luxury building projects .
• UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing façade contractors and specialist subcontractors .
• Strong knowledge of aluminium and glazing façade systems.
• Experience with unitized curtain wall, curtain wall, aluminium cladding, structural glazing and building envelope systems .
