Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Core Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning . The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing ML models and solving complex business problems using advanced data science techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, test, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models .
• Work on NLP use cases involving text processing, classification, extraction, and analysis.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Select appropriate algorithms and evaluate model performance.
• Build scalable and reliable data science solutions for business requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to take models from experimentation to production.
• Conduct model tuning and continuously improve accuracy and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning .

Must-Have Skills

• 4.5–7 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
• Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning .
• Strong knowledge of NLP and Deep Learning .
• Strong programming skills in Python .
• Good understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation.
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs .
• Knowledge of Transformers, Hugging Face, NLTK, or spaCy .
• Experience in deploying ML models in production.
• Exposure to MLOps and cloud platforms .
