Basic Function |

§ Lead end-to-end team operations, ensuring seamless delivery, process standardization, and continuous improvement. § Manage a team of 20+ members, driving performance, engagement, and capability development. § Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks while enhancing operational efficiency. § Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. § Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication. § Schedule and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review calls. § Proactively manage escalations and ensure timely resolution. § Handle multiple process streams and clients simultaneously, ensuring consistent delivery standards. § Identify process gaps and drive process streamlining and standardization initiatives. § Review, update, and maintain SOPs and process documentation regularly. § Ensure adherence to compliance, controls, and SLA/KPI requirements. § Drive cross-training initiatives to build a multi-skilled and flexible workforce. § Identify skill gaps and implement training plans to enhance team capability. § Ensure knowledge transfer and backup readiness across processes |
