AI Products Manager

bout the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Products Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Management with hands-on experience delivering AI/ML products, particularly Large Language Model (LLM) applications. This role will work closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to build scalable AI solutions that drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, including conversational AI, agentic workflows, semantic search, recommendation engines, and personalization.
• Develop bilingual AI experiences (Arabic & English) for GCC markets.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions across AI platforms, foundation models, orchestration frameworks, vector search, CRM/CDP, and engagement tools.
• Lead product discovery, roadmap planning, sprint execution, and release management.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), define acceptance criteria, and manage experimentation.
• Design AI evaluation frameworks using quality metrics such as accuracy, latency, groundedness, and containment rates.
• Monitor AI performance through KPIs, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi PDPL, GDPR, and internal AI governance policies.
• Establish AI guardrails including hallucination controls, human escalation workflows, content moderation, and audit logging.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering, data science, and business teams to translate AI strategy into business outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Minimum 2+ years managing AI/ML-powered products in production.
• Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Agentic AI workflows
  • Prompt engineering & prompt lifecycle management
  • AI evaluation frameworks
  • Tool integration
• Experience designing experiments, A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and SQL.
• Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, Luxury Consumer, E-commerce, or High-Consideration Sales industries.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency.
• Experience building Arabic-first or bilingual AI products.
• Knowledge of Saudi PDPL and UK/EU GDPR.
• Experience with:

• Experience serving luxury/UHNWI customer segments.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
