Associate Vice President - Data Privacy

Position: Chief Manager / AVP – Data Privacy

Department: Compliance

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of Data Privacy framework in line with DPDPA

• Support compliance with global privacy regulations such as GDPR / CCPA

• Conduct privacy gap assessments and implement remediation plans

• Develop / review privacy policies, SOPs, standards, and governance controls

• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA)

• Perform data flow mapping and identify privacy risks

• Support consent management and lawful data handling controls

• Work closely with IT, Legal, HR, Operations, and Business stakeholders

• Drive privacy awareness / training across teams

• Support privacy reporting, audits, and governance reviews
