Accounts & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Handle GL, AP, AR, cash flow, bank reconciliation and month-end closing .
• Prepare MIS, financial statements, budgets and management reports .
• Manage receivables, collections, customer outstanding and credit control .
• Handle vendor payments and payables.
• Manage GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audit coordination .
• Prepare and monitor product/job costing for steel manufacturing and fabrication.
• Monitor raw material, WIP, finished goods and inventory valuation .
• Analyse material consumption, wastage, labour and overhead costs.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and Management .
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of financial activities.

Required Industry Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Steel Manufacturing
• Steel Fabrication
• Structural Steel / Heavy Fabrication

Strong preference for candidates who have managed Accounts & Finance functions within a steel manufacturing/fabrication company.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CA Inter / CMA qualification will be an added advantage.
