Job Description – R2R (Insurance)

Location: Noida
Shift: UK Shift (Mandatory)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Requirements

• Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain .
• Strong hands-on experience in Record to Report (R2R) .
• Working knowledge of FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting).
• Experience in month-end and year-end close activities.
• Good understanding of GL accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end R2R activities including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and financial close.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assist in FP&A activities such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvements, resolve accounting issues, and coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to business teams.

Qualification

• Experience in a shared services/BPO environment supporting Insurance clients is highly preferred.
