Job Title: US Mortgage – Loan Processing

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in US Mortgage Loan Processing and a good understanding of mortgage documentation, loan procedures, and customer support . The role involves reviewing and processing mortgage loan documents, validating information, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan processing activities in accordance with US mortgage guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end loan processing activities for US mortgage loans.
• Review and verify loan applications, income documents, credit reports, property documents, and other mortgage documentation .
• Ensure all required documents and information are complete, accurate, and compliant with process guidelines.
• Develop a good understanding of the US mortgage and loan processing lifecycle .
• Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, underwriting teams, title companies, and other stakeholders for document collection and clarification.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely customer support related to loan status, documentation, and processing requirements.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and update loan information in relevant systems.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, turnaround time, and compliance/SLA requirements .
• Follow established processes, data privacy requirements, and US mortgage industry standards.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in US Mortgage / Mortgage Loan Processing / Loan Servicing / Mortgage Operations .
• Good understanding of US mortgage processes and documentation .
• Strong knowledge of loan processing workflows and document verification.
• Good customer support and communication skills .
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in US shifts and handling process-driven operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
