Off-Roll HR - MBA Fresher

Job Summary:

Godrej Wealth is seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA fresher to join our team as an Off-Roll HR professional at our Vikhroli, Mumbai location. This role is integral to our HR operations, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and supporting various HR initiatives that drive the organization forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the company culture.
• Help in organizing employee training programs and workshops to foster professional development.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance and accessibility of information.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in conducting surveys to gauge workplace satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Freshers or candidates with minimal experience in HR will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or project experience in HR or related fields during academic tenure.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in employee relations.
